We have a template which we use for service. On your proposal, there will be links to open a 'Set Menu Seating Plan' and a 'Choice Menu Seating Plan'. Please fill in the one you have chosen based on your menu. The Heaton House team will also provide you with this document on request as well.
In this document, you will be asked to fill in your guests' dietary requirements next to their names so we are aware where they are sat on each table and can cater for your guests correctly.
Don't worry about the layout of the dining tables within the room, as on the day, our experienced venue team will place the tables in the best fit for our dining space. If you want to ensure that close family and friends are nearby, tables 1 to 3 will always be situated closest to the top table.
